Try before you Buy
The CahabaCreek software products available for purchase are downloadable, fully-functional, and try-before-you-buy. We provide an unlimited free evaluation period to let you fully evaluate our products before you make a purchase decision. The trial products have demonstration databases loaded, however, they are fully functional and you may add data, evaluate the features and/or report content before you purchase. During your trial period, our support staff is available to assist via email or telephone. We strongly recommend that all customers download, install, and test an evaluation version of any product prior to making a purchase.

Refund Policy
If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared you will receive an email with the link to download our software and (if requested), you will be mailed physical media. Once you have access to the software, you have 30 days to return the software and request a refund. In such instances, we require that you provide enough information for us to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your name, company or church name, billing address, date of transaction, order and transaction ID (or copy of cancelled check). You must also submit to us a signed letter stating you have uninstalled the software and destroyed all copies of the software files and any copies of the installation programs (whether downloaded or provided on physical media) before we will process the refund. CahabaCreek Software is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail or email, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays. Refunds will be provided to the original purchaser of the software.
